食材：
1. 小牛肉排4塊，150-180g
　（可用豬肉或火雞肉代替）
2. 蛋2顆
3. 麵粉 100g
4. 麵包粉 100g
5. 鹽巴、胡椒粉少許
6. 食用油或豬油
7. 一小片檸檬或其他裝飾材料

《品味歐洲》由歐洲經貿辦事處與歐盟會員國駐台辦事處聯合製作。每週五，我們將為各位帶來一道來自歐盟會員國的道地歐洲料理，共有15道精選菜餚等你來品嚐。

In this episode of the “Taste of Europe”, the Austrian representative to Taiwan, Mr. Roland Rudorfer, will show you how to make Austrian’s favourite national dish – the Wiener schnitzel!

Ingredients:
1. 4 pieces of veal cutlets, 150-180g
(alternatively pork or turkey cutlets)
2. 2 eggs
3. 100g flour
4. 100g breadcrumbs
5. Salt & pepper
6. Cooking oil or lard
7. Slices of lemon to garnish

The “Taste of Europe” is presented by the European Economic and Trade Office together with the EU Member States offices in Taiwan. Every Friday, we will bring to you one national dish from the 15 EU countries represented in Taiwan.
