1300KM HITCHHIKING CHALLENGE THROUGH TURKEY???????? (1/2)

In this video which will be the first of two, we, Alex, I and Sergey, our friend and host now living in Batumi, are trying to hitchhike across Turkey. The first leg will be 3-up as Sergey decided to join us half way through Turkey to see what hitchhiking is like and combine it with some shopping in the much cheaper neighbour country.
Hitchhiking in a threesome is a whole lot harder than solo or two, that’s for sure. Most people just don’t have the space in their car. Considering that Turkey is one of the best countries for hitching I don’t want to know how it would’ve turned out somewhere else. Waiting times were long and the weather horrible, but we kept the spirits up and made it to where we wanted to go making memories of a lifetime. Thanks for joining us Sergey, stay safe and hope to see you again asap somewhere else in the world! For the two of us we will continue our journey along the Black Sea coast firstly to Sinop where this video ends and then 600km further to the biggest city in Europe, the 20mio people metropolis, Istanbul.

Therefore we can avoid most of the costs that make travelling expensive.
