To get to the Polinikhütte, drive for about 30 to 40 mins from Obervellach to "Schrankenparkplatz", a small parking area, where you´ll see a barrier that prevents you from driving further.

Next, just follow the relatively easy to spot signs that point towards "Polinikhütte". You´ll need to hike for about 90 mins to reach the Polinikhütte (1.873 m). Enjoy their Austrian/Carinthia specialities like Kaiserschmarrn and Kärntner Nudeln (Carinthian Dumplings)

From there, you could take a 60 mins walk to the Ebeneck peak and back or a 2 hours walk to the Polinik peak.
