Hello and welcome to the beautiful walking tour of the picture-perfect town of Hallstatt, Austria. We visited Hallstatt a few years ago during summer time, but it was incredible crowded, so now, visiting this charming Austrian town during spring, seemed the best decision, despite the cloudy weather. The bright reds and yellows paint the Austrian town’s 16th-century architecture, with cobblestone streets, charming cafés, churches and Alpine inns. Natural wonders and small beautiful decorated facades await around every corner—from the neighboring Lake Hallstatt to Salzkammergut mountains to the village’s very own waterfall.

This must-see town is accessible only on foot from the parking lots and the town itself is a thing to marvel at, but do not miss to explore its surrounding natural beauty.
