His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana John Dramani Mahama commissioned the re-opening of the Adomi Bridge at Senchi, Atimpoku in the Eastern Region.

The rehabilitation of the bridge became necessary when some cracks developed in 2008 in some transverse girders of the bridge.

As a result of this, Government was able to secure 12.9 million Euros for the rehabilitation works and an additional 13.96 million Euros for the preparatory works and studies from the Bank of Austria for detailed inspection and tests which necessitated the need for the rehabilitation of the bridge. #transformingghana #changinglives
