Austria goes to the polls again on Sunday for the second round of presidential elections, which could see it become the first EU member country to elect a president representing the far-right. The run-off pits Freedom Party candidate Norbert Hofer against independent candidate Alexander van der Bellen. The Freedom Party, which is anti-Islam and Eurosceptic, grabbed more than a third of the vote in the first round in April. Hofer and van der Bellen held their final rallies on Friday, highlighting how they are largely divided over policies for migrants: Hofer promises to shut the door to Islamists, while his rival Van der Bellen, a 72-year-old economics professor, warns against a "bordered-off" country.
