If you're looking for a fun and easy day trip from Tulum, I recommend hiring a car and driving to the city of Valladolid less than 2 hours from Tulum.

There are lots of beautiful and famous cenotes in this area including Cenote Zaci and Cenote Saytun. Valladolid, Yucatan is also a very beautiful and colourful city and the street food here is incredible!

The food and shopping in Yucatan is very cheap and it's a super fun day out from Tulum or Cancun, Mexico.
