This may just be the most interesting building I have filmed with the drone yet. Castle Ruin, or Schlossruine in German, Pottendorf is a building that has been left to nature to do with as it pleases. Due to this, the building is quite the ruin - while largely intact on the outside, a flight over it quickly shows just how much it has already decayed.
Access is completely prohibited and rightly so, as it would be far too dangerous. This does however give us a fascinating opportunity to explore something with the drone that is otherwise inaccessible.
The castle also has a beautiful park surrounding it, which can be visited for free throughout the year. I'd highly recommend this site particularly if you are a drone flyer yourself, as this was a fascinating experience. So much material was gathered that the editing process was rather tricky, but I hope you agree with me that the final product is very enjoyable.
