The Christkindlmarket is an annual tradition in Chicago. It's a little Alpine village that pops up near the Picasso statue in Daley Plaza and offers German food and Christmas ornaments and other wonderful traditions. People flock to it after work every day. It runs from November 24th to December 24th every year. Vendors from many different states and also from Germany and Austria staff all the booths. It's like having EPCOT center in Chicago! (Filmed in November 2017.)
