In Vienna's old town, glorious squares are turned into Christmas markets from mid-November. The streets are illuminated by festive lights, bringing the Christmas spirit to town. Join YouTuber Dhruv Rathee and his wife Juli for a stroll through the Austrian capital ablaze with light. We start at Christkindlmarkt at the Town Hall.
Please note: Currently, Christmas markets in Vienna are closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown measures in Austria.
They are supposed to reopen on December 13.Dhruv was in Vienna before lockdown measures were imposed.
