Croatia's Vacation - Worthy Week Campaign

After launching it's Thank You campaign by the Croatian National Tourist Board – entitled ‘Thank you’ - on social networks including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

That campaign was to thank foreign tourists for choosing Croatia and Croatian destinations for their trips this year.

The campaign is implemented across 13 foreign markets – including Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Hungary, Belgium, France, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

In a bid to increase tourist traffic in the pre and post-tourism season period, Croatia launched a 50% off promotional price for 400 different tourist services all over the country.

All Croatian citizens and foreign guests in Croatia during the promotional period can experience about 400 different tourist services in all parts of Croatia at promotional prices.

Through this campaign, tourists will have the opportunity to visit different parts of Croatia with a 50% discount for many tourist products and services.

From accommodation, transportation, cultural, historical, natural sights ... ... and tourist attractions to catering services and various experiences

The campaign will run from October 16 until October 25.

Zagreb's Dr. Franjo Tudjman airport has passed accreditation for compliance with health safety measures in the COVID pandemic circumstances. proving that it is safe for travel and was awarded the Airport Health Accreditation for the next 12 months, the airport management announced

Noting that it is one of the first airports in Europe to pass the certification, the management of MZLZ airport underlined that the programme was developed by the ACI - World Airports Council International.

The certification process tested the conditions and organisation for health safety in the airport terminal in line ACI Aviation Business Restart and Recovery Guidelines.

The programme was designed according to recommendations by the Aviation Recovery Task Force Recommendations and based on the best practice in the industry with the aim of reducing health risks for passengers

In the UK, two airports have passed the same certification.

Last month London Luton Airport received the first accreditation in the UK and followed by London City Airport last week.
