Walking up the forest to get a wonderful view of the famous meander in the Danube. The Danube’s S-loop at the Donauschlinge Schlögen was named a ‘Natural Wonder of Upper Austria’ in 2008. We took a hike up to Linetshuber Aussicht, however, there is also a path for tourists that leads you to the Schlögener Blick viewing point.

As the danube is also an important road of transportation you can see a lot of cargo ships and cruise ships.
