I knew I had to come to Salzburg to see all the famous scenes from the classic film, Sound of Music. And I am so glad I was able to spend a few days here in the city. There were a lot of places here that I didn't even realize were backdrops for the film.

Here are the list of places that I was able to visit:

1. Mirabell Gardens (Do Re Mi scene)
2.Stift Nonnberg (Nonnberg Abbey, Maria's place)
3.Schloss Hellbrunn (gazeebo scene)
4.Sound of Music World (museum and gift shop)
5.Schloss Leopoldskron (garden scenes)
