Road 183 runs through the Stubaital alpine valley in Tyrol, Austria. At the end of the valley, one can take the ski lift up the Stubai Glacier to reach a viewing platform at Top of Tyrol. Awesome views of mountains peaks, including the Stubai Alps & Dolomites can be seen from here on a clear day.
