How will business hold up if they lose their winter months? Small business and all mom and pop businesses depend heavily on holiday shopping.. Will we have more changes to the economy? It seems like housing, real estate and all commerce could be impacted in the coming few months. We do have inflationary fears across the world and many people wonder where they should invest their money and what they should do with their assets. This will be a great few years to invest that are ahead as we see the entire economy and most assets change hands and the rich and powerful become even more rich and powerful as most will simply be wiped away.

I love real estate and real estate investing and one very big concern that I have is that we have a new eviction moratorium and real estate changes and becomes much harder to own as there are new regulations and more modifications to landlord rights across America in the name of safety.

If this happens and there are more modifications to landlord tenant law - what will happen? Many landlords will be forced to sell their assets to the highest bidder.
