Hi guys :)
I had the best week ever! My friend Julia visited me in Salzburg and stayed with me for a few days. I showed her around the area and we went to lakes and mountains in Salzburg and Upper Austria. We also visited my mom. We sort of accidentally went on a hike, we had a ton of fun at our board game night and we ate some really delicious food. This was sort of like a friendcation. I am so glad that we can finally see friends and family again! How are things where you're at? Have you been able to see your friends and family yet? Have restaurants, hotels etc. already re-opened?
The past week sort of felt like vacation since Julia and I have explored so many sights in Austria. I mean, I haven't worked in months, but this sort of felt like one of my layovers. In case you are wondering, yes I miss flying a lot, but to be honest, it also feels good to be home for a bit since flight attendant life can be hectic. I really do appreciate every single day of my life, whether I am working a trip or whether I get the opportunity to be home with my friends and family.
