The Tegernseer Hütte is a 1,650-meter-high mountain in the Bavarian alps.

It's a intermediate hike with difficult from the starting. Beautiful 360 panorama view from the top.

Hut at top will be give you many options to eat at 1650m high.

From Munich, you can take a regional train towards Tegernsee and get down at Tegernsee.From tegernsee train station take a bus towards Achensee and get down at Kreuth Tegernseer Hütte bus stop.

First summit is Sonnberghaus. After reaching at Sonnberghaus take a break and enjoy the beautiful mountains view and if the hut at Sonnberghaus is open also enjoy local buttermilk, cake and cheese.

From Sonnberghaus walk towards the Roßstein. If have experience with mountain climbimg or rock climbing then take the stip road towwards Roßstein which take almost 30-40mins to reach to the Roßstein top. If you want easy path then take other route which takes around 1hr to reach to the Roßstein top.

From Roßstein 10mins hike to Tegernseer hütte. Enjoy the Beer and bavarian food at hut if its open.

From Hut you can also climb Buchstein but only if you have mountain or rock climbing experience.
