This presentation primarily features scenes of the Gmunden, Austria tram line (Gmunder Straßenbahn):. It also includes some scenes of other Stern & Hafferl interurban lines including:
• Attergaubahn: Vöcklamarkt - Attersee
• Vorchdorferbahn: Lambach - Vorchdorf
• Traunseebahn: Vorchdorf – Gmunden
There is one picture of a railcar that was used on the Lambach – Haag line, but this line was closed in 2009.
Since these pictures were taken in 2007, the Traunseebahn and Gmunder Straßenbahn were connected in 2018, via some street-running track installed in Gmunden.
The Gmunder Straßenbahn is unusual in that all platforms are on one side of this single track line. The cars that run on it only have doors on one side but are double-ended.
