Below are the top 3 countries represented in the map, in order of highest average cost per click on the Search network.
1. The United Arab Emirates has an average CPC 8 percent greater than the US average.

2. Austria has an average CPC 2 percent less than the US average.

3. Australia has an average CPC 5 percent less than the US average.

This research was done using google keyword planner and some real data from multiple accounts.
