Hallstatt is a small Austrian town located on the shore of a lake in a picturesque mountain landscape. But what made it famous all over the world and contributed to its inclusion on the UNESCO World Heritage List is next to its genius loci, the Salt Chamber, which is located underground. Salt has been mined here since prehistoric times, and in the 19th century a prehistoric burial ground was discovered here, which gave the name to an entire historical epoch: the Hallstatt era.
Today, visitors from all over the world are attracted here by the unique atmosphere of the town, as well as the salt mine in the hills, where the interested person can be taken by cable car.
And those who don't want to travel to Hallstatt can at least watch this film. Hopefully something of the unique atmosphere of this place will be transferred to him.

The following tracks from the YouTube Sound Library were used in the film:
Angevin - Thatched Villagers - Kevin MacLeod
No.3 Morning Folk Song - Esther Abrami
Greeting the Day with a Smile - Doug Maxwell_Media Right Productions
