It's a Hallstatt rainy day and we take a walking tour of the fairy tale village in Austria. In the Hallstatt rain we walk alongside the Hallstatt lake called Hallstätter See taking in the many wonderful sights of this beautiful and quaint little Austrian village of around 800 inhabitants. Hallstatt Europe was declared as one of the World Heritage Sites in Austria by UNESCO in 1997. In 2013, Hallstatt was rumored in China to be the model for the movie Frozen's Arendelle village. This probably originates from the picturesque viewpoint of Hallstatt as we look across the Hallstatt lake towards the Evangelische Pfarrkirche and its spire. This view across Hallstatt lake from the viewpoint of Hallstatt is seen in many a photograph on social media platforms. Sit back, relax and take in the many wonderful views of Hallstatt whilst listening to the rain.
