There is a lot of uninformed guesswork as to how tourism is going to shape up in 2021. It is of vital importance to so many countries, not least the UK - tourism generates 10% of GDP.

But how to recreate 2019? Could we holiday more in our own backyard? Perhaps the world is better off if the tourism and travel industry is 25% smaller? We invite Google’s ex-Head of Travel and now the UK’s Minister of Tourism, Nigel Huddleston MP, to join Mark Tanzer, CEO of Abta to polish their crystal balls and debate the impact on, and the future role of the travel industry in 2021 and beyond.
