The village was designed by the famous Austrian architect and artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, who believed in using organic, natural shapes in his designs.
The village was built between 1983 and 1985, and consists of 52 apartments, four offices, 16 private terraces, and a communal garden.
Hundertwasser believed that humans should live in harmony with nature, and this is reflected in the design of the village. The complex features a green roof, a garden with trees and shrubs, and even a small pond.
The village has become a popular tourist attraction, with visitors coming from all over the world to see the unique architecture and design.
