The Kitzsteinhorn is a mountain in the High Tauern range of the Central Eastern Alps in Austria. It is part of the Glockner Group and reaches a height of 3,203 m AA. The Kitzsteinhorn glaciers are a popular ski area.

In this opportunity, we went to Kitzsteinhorn in the Summer but it was snowing at the peak. It was very impressive to see. Less tourist makes it even better to enjoy the area.

We stayed in Kaprun area and we got the Sommer Card that gave us discounted entries at many attractions in this area. The cable car ride to Kitzsteinhorn is quite expensive.
