External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar addressed the Indian Community in Vienna, Austria. He talked about India's foreign policy efforts and how, 'India is looking at the world and evaluating opportunities to accelerate development and modernity in India'. He also said that there a lot of changes in India's national security which are centred around more intense challenges that we face on our northern border with China. He added that we continue having cross-border terrorism with Pakistan.
