We DROVE to Columbus, Ohio!
On the way to Columbus we arrived late in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to train at the massive Olympus Athletic Club. It was a hell of a badass gym being under ground with the weight section labeled as the "Dungeon." It was a proper and much appreciated stop.

We woke up the following morning and hauled ass to Columbus to meet up with the team at the Arnold Classic host hotel, re fuel and head to American Barbell. Nate, the owner of American Barbell, really appreciates and shares our core values. He along with John Meadows really put this awesome place on the map and is a must visit when in Columbus.

The following morning we all have breakfast before departing to take over Metro Fitness. We link up with Brady King, whose home gym was Metro Fitness and we get an understanding of what made it the place to call home for him.

Stay tuned as we hit up the expo watch prejudging of the Arnold Classic, finals and wrap up our coverage of Divine, Darwin and Brett.
