If you want to fly to Megara LGMG make sure to get a PPR (prior permission required) minimum 2 days in advance (I recommend better one week before arrival due to response times): mgrtl@otenet.gr

(the request should include: Aircraft call sign, aircraft type, MTOW, aircraft owner, max. crosswind to/ldg in kts, date+time of arrival/departure, airport of origin/destination, your contact details, persons on board, name + country + passport number of pilot and all passengers, carrier operator name + VAT number)

LANDING & HANDLING PRICES IN GREECE:
Sign up for a AOPA membership! You will get reduced landing and handling fees to a high price level instead of an insanely high price level on many airports in Greece. (except Megara because it's a military airport) The annual AOPA membership fee is about € 60,- and it pays off for just one flight trip to Greece when you land at a few airports.

FLYING VFR IN GREECE:
Greek controllers love estimated arrival times! Always be prepared to report estimated arrival times for waypoints and the destination. When you fly VFR, the controllers want you to follow the given routes. So plan many waypoints along the route!
