In this episode I visit the historic Grimmenstein Castle (Burg Grimmenstein) and explain part of its history and that of the family Grimmenstein. I even discover the probable origins of the Austrian Flag!
Within an hour from Vienna the castle is open at weekends and on national holidays for most of the year and is set within beautiful forest with great views from the top of the castle.
