Kia ora from beautiful NEW ZEALAND, our 32nd country on our around the world trip! We are wrapping up our time on the North Island and things didn't quite go to plan.

Oftentimes, travel will throw you a curveball and the key to having a good time is to just take it in stride. When plan after plan got moved around, changed or flat out cancelled in Taupo and Raglan, we just kept going with the flow and had a beautiful time ending our North Island road trip in New Zealand!

We got to explore the impressive blue waters at Huka Falls, the peaceful tranquility of the Putaruru Blue Springs in Waikato and some other-wordly glow worm caves in Waitomo! Plus, a random pit stop led us to the BEST blueberry real-fruit ice cream in Mamaku, NZ!
