Today we ride a short distance off the coast of Pattaya in search of getting a bird's eye view of the coastal town. We visit Payap Parasail on a floating platform in Pattaya Bay. This is a well visited tourist attraction, But, right now is the best time to try this given the absence of large tour groups.
