We hike in the forests of southern Germany along beautiful waterfalls. After a hike we reach our camp site and build raised beds from branches and garbage bags. We prepare the German classic street food "Currywurst" (white sausage with curry ketchup sauce) and forest made deep fried potatoe curls. After a relaxed evening by a small camp fire we fall asleep on our comfortable raised bushcraft beds.

The next morning we get up and start the day with some spruce tea from fresh spruce shoots. We prepare "Kaiserschmarrn", another traditional Austrian / German dish made of pancake dough and freshly collected elderflower. We break camp, leaving no trace and head back, energized by mother nature.
