I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Vienna in January 2024, two of us stayed for 4 nights on a room only basis, which cost 369 Euro and 3 Cents, booked with booking.com . This was not a cheap price at all but it was New Year week and Vienna was very busy with tourists, putting hotels at a premium.

The hotel is situated around a 3-4 minute walk from the Westbahnhof railway station, and a 15 minute tram ride on the number 18 tram from Vienna Hauptbahnhof.

The hotel is modern inside with a 1970s / 1980s retro aesthetic in terms of the decor. The reception is small but the staff were friendly and check-in was uncomplicated.

Our room was on the 7th floor with a 'city view' - a very partial city view at that! The room was small and dominated by a king-sized bed, which was very comfortable. The room had a wardrobe and all of the expected furniture and amenities. The bathroom had a decent walk-in shower and a good sized sink area. All in all this was a very decent hotel and I would absolutely consider staying here again in future.

The film features exterior views of the hotel as well as reception, lobby, lift / elevator, 7th floor corridor, a room review of 707, and the 'fit and relax lounge' on the 8th floor.
