Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has rejected the US call to cut ties with Pyongyang. US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, urged other countries to cut trade links and expel DPRK workers. Lavrov accused Washington of provoking Kim Jong Un and said the focus should be on finding a solution.
