We grew up watching Sound of Music and became our family fav movie ???? To be 4 hours away from the city where our family fav movie was filmed, I couldn’t go back home without visiting this beautiful city!

• Birthplace of Wolfgang Mozart

• Filming site for The Sound of Music (Mirabell Palace & Gardens, Nonnberg Abbey, St. Peter’s cemetery, Residenzplatz to name a few)

• Beautiful cathedrals to include St. Peter’s cathedral

• Ended our trip with a tour of the Fortress (castle)
