We begin in Greece, where Sam McClymont sets sail aboard the luxury yacht Emerald Azzurra, island hopping through the sparkling Aegean and Mediterranean Seas. With just 100 guests onboard, the experience offers five-star comfort and uninterrupted views from sunrise to sunset. From the Mediterranean, we shift to the Australian outback, where Catriona Rowntree visits Carinya Station near Lightning Ridge in north-west New South Wales. Run by Joe and Jacinda Barry, the working sheep station offers farm tours, guided buggy experiences and hands-on animal encounters. In Portugal’s Douro Valley, Livinia Nixon boards Scenic Azure for an ultra-luxury river cruise through one of Europe’s oldest wine regions. Europe returns with a visit to Vienna as part of Catriona Rowntree’s Danube River journey aboard Scenic Amber. Exploring Austria’s elegant capital includes cycling through green spaces and enjoying an exclusive classical concert featuring music by Mozart and Strauss. The cruise continues through the picturesque Wachau Valley, known for its vineyards, medieval towns and Riesling wines.

And finally we finish in Hawaii, where Lincoln Lewis ventures beyond the beaches to explore Gunstock Ranch on Oahu’s North Shore. Set high in the ranges, the working cattle ranch offers ATV adventures, horseback riding and eco-tours. Lincoln takes part in a native tree-planting ceremony before finishing the day with a sunset horseback ride and a campfire under glowing skies.
