AGENDA:
00:14 - Most important info in a nutshell
00:26 - Water required vs. natural water cycle
00:31 - Case study: 2 ski resorts in Austria
01:43 - Circular Economy
02:34 - Water treatment: Not polluted, stays drinkable
03:05 - Snowmaking: A reason for optimism
The use of water for technical snowmaking is a good example of a functioning circular economy. The quantities of water released into the cycle are negligible compared to the natural water cycle. The water remains drinkable throughout the entire process, it is not polluted and no additives are given into the water.
Technical snowmaking is a major innovation in international tourism.
First release of the video: November 2023.
