St. Stephen's Square or Stephansplatz is one of the busiest places in Vienna located in Innere Stadt (first district). It is named after the Stephansdom or St. Stephen's Cathedral which is the most prominent building in the area.

Vienna's cathedral is one of the tallest churches in the world.
