Summary EU ModEX 2015-16 on USAR and medical modules

In 2015 and 2016 three module exercises within the framework of the Union Civil Protection Mechanism took place in Arcevia (Italy), Tinglev (Denmark) and Lower Austria. European Union Civil Protection Teams, Technical Assistance and Support Teams, Urban Search and Rescue Teams as well as Medical Teams trained under enhanced circumstances disaster response in an international environment.

A consortium of The Johanniter, the Austrian Ministry of the Interior, the Danish Emergency Management Agency, the Crisis Management Centre Finland, and the Italian Civil Protection Department was pleased to conduct the three exercises.
