Imagine finding Chilli Crab sauce high up in the Austrian Alps!

Host and traveller, Rozz, finds herself in the remote skiing village of Lech, hunting for the restaurant Klösterle, run by Singaporean Ethel Hoon and her husband, Jakob.

The chef couple is preparing for the upcoming winter season, when the town will be flooded with tourists coming to hit the snowy slopes of Lech. Rozz spends a few days with Ethel, learning what it takes to run a sustainable restaurant up in the mountains.
