Hi there!
This is the continuation of the Birmingham weekend trip. We had a great time at the Birmingham Christmas Market in which we had a few things to eat and I had a very lovely bubbly drink that made me give up on life during noontime. Birmingham’s Frankfurt Christmas Market is a firm fixture in the city’s annual calendar and a massive favorite with both residents and visitors to the city from across the UK and Europe. It is the largest authentic German Christmas market outside of Germany or Austria Birmingham’s Frankfurt Christmas Market offers a large range of traditional good and gifts and a selection of tempting food and drink. Pretzels, schnitzels, bratwursts, and roasted almonds will tempt your tastebuds, all of which can be washed down with Gluhwein, Weissbeer (Wheat Beer), or tasty hot chocolate.
We really had a great time (most especially, me) that I had to get coffee from Quarter Horse coffee. Luckily, it was soo good. I had a nap afterwards in the hotel and woke up to a crying Ronaldo because Portugal lost over France for semi-finals.
We crossed the highway and went to the Duke of Wellington Hotel and Bar and watched the semi-finals World Cup game between England and France and we know the outcome of the match already. So, see you guys again after four years. Who knows? Maybe we will get lucky and watch the games live by then. Right, Hector?
I really hope you liked the Birmingham weekend trip series. Don’t forget to click like, subscribe and leave a comment down below. See you guys again next time.
