Yes, we are back in the beautiful city center of Vienna and start the walk at the newly completed Parliament. This walk was taken on a beautiful spring day in June 2023 at 25 degrees C. Vienna is the capital of Austria and as of January 1, 2023, 1,982,000 inhabitants lived in the city. Four out of ten people who live in Vienna were not born in Austria. It could be that Vienna will break the 2 million mark of inhabitants this year. Estimates are difficult, however, since it is not known how many more will come to Vienna from Ukraine or how many will actually want to stay here.
