In 2022, my employer provided a sales incentive to motivate sales. The winners would receive a trip to the global home office in Central Europe, specifically Leichenstein; along with other European tourist attractions.

Fast forward to 2023 and I qualified for the trip, being 1 of 104 representatives from North America.

Being a child of the 1980s & 1990s, during that time, the National Lampoons Vacation movies with actor Chevy Chase were popular. I found myself thinking back to antics of the Griswolds in Europe before–during–and–after the trip. Hence, the reason my thumbnail gives homage to a suited Chevy Chase, while in a Swiss meadow and the video’s chosen music actually being that of the movie’s.

I am grateful to have received the honor to attend the trip and even more grateful to make some new friends.
