The "Paris of Austria" was what I read before going to Vienna and I'd agree now that we've visited the grand city. From the Spanish Riding School, to St. Stephen's Cathedral, to the Hasburg's estates and of course the Opera Houses, this city has a lot to offer a tourist. It's very posh and we highly recommend a visit for its history, landmarks and culture.
