ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Istanbul hosted 10 Austrian providers of equipment and services for winter sports, who then met with around 80 representatives from practically all ski areas, provincial administrations, ministry officials, hoteliers and company representatives at Uludag, the oldest Turkish ski area, 3 hours by car from Istanbul.

It was the first big event in this sector in Turkey.
After a busy Friday (06.03.2020) with company presentations and B2Bs, the representatives of Austrian companies and other stakeholders joined to the first Austrian-Turkish Ski Race in Uludag (07.03.2020).
A total of around 50 skiers took part in the ski race on Saturday, which was held in 3 categories - from bloody beginners to professionals. The winner of the women got the branded Advantage Austria ski! After the apres ski party at the award ceremony with mulled wine and sausages, we went to an evening event with music by Red Bull.
