Barry Jordan Wanted by Authorities (Full Letter in the Description)

As of (30 January 2020) the subject listed in your video (Barry Lee Jordan) from Alabama, United States is officially wanted in the Philippines. He has just been placed at the NBI as a wanted person and the Bureau Of Immigration Intelligence Division just black listed him effective (30 January 2020) so he is apprehended as soon as possible. Barry Lee Jordan’s last immigration status update was in General Santos City in Mindanao. His visa as a tourist was valid until (24 June 2016). To date no update or annual report has been done. Also this subject has not left the Philippines since his arrival. If this subject tries to use any ferry or leave he will be arrested and held in a Bureau Of Intelligence holding area pending a judges decision. I have been directed to arrest this subject and turn him over to the Bureau of Immigration of which have been directed to make examples out of all foreigners who abuse and take advantage of Philippine Law.

As you know Mr. Barry Lee Jordon has substantial Visa fees and penalties which earned him the upgraded status of being put on the Black List. All ports, ferries, Airports, and check points have been notified along with all PNP Police Stations and police Detectives and Captains. 

The Department of Justice has notified the NBI in the Philippines that this person (Barry Lee Jordon) has a bench warrant issued on a undisclosed Criminal Matter in Alabama which I cannot discuss. BOL was issues and reported to NBI (11 November 2019). 

To date 6 blotters were filed 3 of which were for theft on multiple grounds. He has left many bars and hotels without paying and has stolen money from many people. He also has 3 other blotters for abuse against a woman with a child and a pending investigation on abuse against a child. He’s also has many women who have filed for bills unpaid and also a possible rape against a minor. Let me remind you that these allegations we blottered but he disappeared before the local barangay police could apprehend him.

Please notify General Santos City Immigration or Davao City Immigration if you know where (Barry Lee Jordon) is. Please use the Bureau of Immigration Wanted Photos and also NBI photos That I have includedto help us detain this fugitive.
