The Stubai Glacier ski area is home to the largest high glacier skiing area in Austria. There is spectacular downhill skiing (both on and off-piste) challenging freeride trails as well as a freestyle snowpark, 72km of cross-country trails, 80km of winter hiking and 12 natural toboggan runs.
One can ski from 3,225 meters on the Wilde Grub’n trail … over 10 kms ... one of the longest runs in the alps.
On the glacier is the Michelin-rated, gourmet restaurant Schaufelspitz. With creative food, great wines and amazing Austrian-inspired desserts, the restaurant’s food compliments the stunning Alpine peaks which grace the views.
