Today we take you on an evening walking tour at the Prater Bridge or Praterbrücke on the pedestrian/bikers way.

The Prater Bridge is an eight-lane motorway bridge over the Danube in Vienna and connects the 2nd ( Leopoldstadt ) and 22nd districts of Vienna ( Donaustadt ) at river kilometer 1,925.8 . Below it and adjascent to it it a pedestrian/bikers foot bridge where we take our walking tour.

Praterbrücke is a section of the south-east tangent (A 23) and consists of a steel structure spanning the Danube and prestressed concrete structures crossing the adjacent Danube Island and the New Danube . The bridge is used by around 200,000 vehicles every day, and it is the busiest bridge in Austria.
