???? Day 2 Thoughts:
I loved the beauty of the coast, but I barely saw any pilgrims on the coastal route (except in the albergues). I wanted more of an intimate, "pilgrim" experience and decided to make the switch to the central route at Vila do Conde. There are no markers, but you make a right after the Vila do Conde bridge and continue onwards (I used a mix of Google Maps + Camino Ninja app) towards Arcos/Rates. Be careful because it is all road walking alongside trucks/cars until Arcos! But I am 100% glad I made the switch.
Bom caminho/buen camino,
David ????
