Switzerland lifted its coronavirus border controls for the EU, EFTA and United Kingdom today as part of a coordinated re-opening in the region. Shopping tourism led to traffic jams at the Swiss-German border in Rheinfelden, with many stocking up on goods after months of restrictions.
