If you are my subscriber, you probably already seen my videos of my visit to London, UK. However, actually getting the UK Visa was not easy. The application acceptance and finger print was quick but the approval process took much longer than expected (maybe due to COVID-19 or because NYC office didn't know about IC). Here is my story and hopefully you guys don't have to deal in such situation in near future. If you do, you have some options to challenge back and fight.

Please find here a list of precedents and active example of acceptance of Indian Travel Document as valid travel document for visas in European Countries.

As of October 2021 - These European countries currently do not recognize IC as travel document: Greece, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Malta

But these countries still accept IC as valid document for VISAs with right supporting documents: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Spain, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Iceland, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Swiss + Liechtenstein

Sweden Government (via VFS) accepting Indian Travel Document as valid. (https://visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/swe/news/identity-certificate-for-tibetan)
